More awards for Galeria Victoria
The beautiful and unique Galeria Victoria retail and entertainment shopping centre, opened in Wałbrzych on 16 October 2010, has won two new awards, “Project of the Year” and “Best Medium-Sized Shopping Centre”, in the 2010 CEE Retail Real Estate Awards competition organised by Europaproperty.com. The awards were granted by a jury consisting of highly renowned experts from the retail sector at the 2010 CEE Retail Real Estate Awards Gala, which took place on 10 February 2011 at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw. Richard Keen, Managing Director of Keen Property Partners, and Paul Kusmierz, Principal of Master Management, received the prizes on behalf of Keen Property Partners Retail, the developer of Galeria Victoria.
Diverse in Galeria Victoria
Keen Property Partners Retail (KPP Retail), the developer of the Galeria Victoria entertainment and retail centre in Wałbrzych, has signed a new agreement for the lease of retail space in the shopping mall for a fashion store of the Diverse retail chain. The store will occupy approximately 149 m2 of retail space on the first floor of Galeria Victoria. The Diverse brand was created in 1993 to address the needs of young people who seek diversity, and focus on the fashion trends of tomorrow. Diverse means diversity, and this is the reason why Diverse creates new collections inspired by trends present on the streets of the biggest cities, club culture, extreme sports, and from all the places and communities where the lifestyle dictates the fashion. Diverse knows that people need clothing to suit their lifestyle and that fashion is an integral element of lifestyle.

The award was granted by a jury selected from a cross-section of the real estate industry at the 2010 CIJ Awards Poland gala dinner, which took place on 4 November 2010 at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw. Richard Keen, Managing Director of Keen Property Partners, received the prize on behalf of Keen Property Partners Retail, the developer of Galeria Victoria.
109,464 people visit Galeria Victoria in it's first weekend
109,464 people visited the beautiful and unique Galeria Victoria in its first weekend (on Saturday and Sunday, 16 and 17 October 2010). Galeria Victoria’s customers were counted by the Swedish company Viametrics, the leading international supplier and administrator of visitor counting systems for shopping malls, retail chains and public buildings, which provided the systems to measure footfall in the shopping mall. This huge number of visitors to Galeria Victoria is a good indicator of the great success of this first retail and entertainment centre in Wałbrzych and the surrounding region. Starting Monday, 18 October 2010, Galeria Victoria is open 7 days a week, from Monday until Saturday from 9.00 a.m. till 9 p.m., and on Sunday from 10.00 a.m. till 8.00 p.m.
Grand opening of Galeria Victoria in Wałbrzych tomorrow!
The official grand opening ceremony of the unique and beautiful Galeria Victoria, the first modern retail and entertainment centre in Wałbrzych and the surrounding region will take place at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday, 16 October 2010. The opening of Galeria Victoria will be a unique event for the whole region.
